  • Double Wildfern Satori
  • Wildfern Black Pearl
  • Lime juice
  • 50/50 pineapple juice/ Kiwifruit Nekta
  • Serve with chunky ice
Thud Passion
  • Double Wildfern Satori
  • 2/3 nip Red Curacao
  • Double Guava nectar (or Feijoa smoothie)
  • 1/3 nip Lime juice
  • 3-4 nips Orange juice
Tropical Glacier
  • Place a long slice cucumber in a tall (Collins) glass (330-360ml)
  • ½ fill with ice
  • 60ml (4 nips) Satori
White Russian
  • Double Tia Kala
  • Double vodka (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cream or milk

    In a mixing glass, combine the Tia Kala, vodka, and cream or milk.
    Pour over ice in a highball glass.

    Almond Russian
  • Add a double Amaretto liqueur
Wild Mule
Over Ice:
  • Double Vodka
  • Single Manuka Blast
  • Single lime juice
  • Fill with ginger beer

    Add chopped fresh mint, lime wedge.
Wild Russian
  • Double Tia Kala
  • Coke
  • Ice

    No vodka needed.
Wildfern Special Mudshake
  • Double Wildfern 7th Heaven
  • Double Cream liqueur
  • Single Wildfern Tia Kala
  • chocolate syrup
  • Ice
  • Fill with plain milk

To make 5 litres of punch:

  • 850 ml Satori
  • 1/2 pineapple, cubed
  • 1 or 2 oranges or tangelos, sliced and halved
  • 500 gm pink grapes, lightly crushed to split skin
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • any fruit you like (melon and mango are good)
  • 250 ml Guava Nectar or Feijoa Smoothie
  • 50 ml lemon juice, Shotts Bitter Lemon, or Limoncello (we recommend Sopranos)
  • 750 ml Ginger Beer
  • 650 ml lemonade*
  • 2.4 litres soda (or to make up to 5 litres)*

    * Or adjust to preferred sweetness.

    Soak fresh fruit in Satori for at least 3 hours before making punch.

    Add the Guava and Lemon, mix thoroughly. Carefully add the Ginger Beer, Lemonade and Soda immediately before serving, so as not to lose too much fizz.

    Eat the fruit when the punch is finished – it tastes great!

Jakarta Sunrise
  • Double Wildfern 7th Heaven over ice
  • 75% orange juice
  • 25% pureed Jackfruit (Puree a can of Jackfruit with its syrup)
  • squeeze lemon juice
  • Shake with ice
  • If served as a cocktail, pour Blue or Red Curacaoover the top
  • Variation: replace 1/4 to 1/3 of orange/Jackfruit mix with soda for a lighter drink

  • pineapple juice
