Coffee Butterscotch Alexander is a real treat to make and enjoy this coffee-flavored dessert drink. It's a mix of three layers.
To create the Coffee Butterscotch Alexander, you'll need:
1) In a small bowl, combine 1 part Tia Kala with ½ part Butterscotch. Stir together well with a spoon.
2) In another bowl, add 3 parts cream and whisk well until smooth and frothy (this will be your top layer).
3) Pour the first layer into an old-fashioned glass so that it's about halfway full (it will settle during blending). Then add the second layer and gently blend them together using an immersion blender for about 10 seconds. They should be blended but not completely mixed together—you still want to see some separation between them at this point!
4) Pour in the third layer. (optional: top off with whipped cream before serving!).
