Gingermede is a sweet spicy blend of fresh green ginger and a blend of rich New Zealand native honeys, including Manuka honey.

Gingermede has been carefully balanced to produce a honey mead wine with the “lift” of green ginger, without being overpowering. It is ideal for mulling on cold winter nights, or with chilled soda as a refreshing spritzer on a hot summer day.

Gingermede has won gold medal at international competition.
