Tiramisú Royale

Tiramisú RoyaleTiramisú Royale is a classic dessert that's perfect for any occasion. It's light, creamy, and the perfect way to end any meal.

Here are the ingredients you'll need:

- 6 large eggs separated (free-range or organic)
- 6 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 450 grams of mascarpone cheese (Note: To make sure you're using the right amount, measure out one cup of this at home before going to the store.)
- 6 Tablespoons cacao powder
- 60 ml Amaretto almond liqueur (You can substitute other types of liqueur if you prefer.)
- 1 cup espresso or extra strong coffee
- 24 lady fingers biscuits
  1. In a large bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks. 
  3. Add mascarpone to the beaten egg yolks and mix until well incorporated. 
  4. Fold egg whites into the egg yolk mixture just until combined {Note: The key to this step is not to over-mix}. 
  5. Spread layer of mascarpone mixture on bottom of serving bowl {approx 8" x 5"}. 
  6. Sift cacao powder over mixture with mesh sieve; repeat for remaining layers. 
  7. Pour Amaretto and espresso into shallow bowls; dip each lady finger into espresso then Amaretto and place in a single layer on top of mascarpone in a serving bowl {Note: Dip only half of each cookie—the other half should remain dry}. 
  8. Continue layering mixtures as directed above, finishing with another layer of mascarpone; sprinkle with cacao powder before chilling it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.}
